By booking an appointment, submitting a deposit, or receiving services from

Bubbles & Bones Dog Spa, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

These terms serve as the service agreement between you (“Client”) and

Bubbles & Bones Dog Spa (“we,” “us,” or “the Business”).

1. APPOINTMENTS & DEPOSITS

All new appointments require a non-refundable $25

deposit to secure your time slot. Your deposit is applied toward the total cost

of your service.

Returning clients who rebook in person at the time of their appointment are not

required to pay a new deposit. All online bookings require a deposit regardless

of client history.

2. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

Cancellations made less than before a

scheduled appointment will forfeit the deposit. No-shows forfeit the deposit

in full.

To reschedule without losing your deposit, please contact us at least

in advance. If

Bubbles & Bones Dog Spa needs to cancel or reschedule due to illness or

emergency, your deposit will be applied to your next appointment.

3. PRICING

Pricing is based on the details provided at the time of booking. Final pricing

may be adjusted if the information provided differs significantly from the

actual scope of work upon arrival. You will be informed of any pricing

adjustments before service begins.

Add-on services are optional and priced separately.

4. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services for the following

reasons: unsafe conditions, undisclosed information that affects service

delivery, or unpaid balances from prior appointments.

If a service must be stopped mid-appointment, a partial fee may be charged

based on work completed at our sole discretion.

5. VACCINE REQUIREMENTS

All dogs must have current vaccinations prior to their appointment, including

at minimum: Rabies and Bordetella (kennel cough). Proof of vaccination must be

submitted through our Vaccine Acknowledgment Form prior to or at your

appointment. Bubbles & Bones Dog Spa reserves the right to refuse

service to any dog with unverified or expired vaccinations.

6. COAT & CONDITION POLICY

Severely matted coats may require a shave-down for your dog’s safety and

comfort. De-matting is time-intensive and may incur additional charges. We will

make reasonable efforts to contact you before proceeding with any significant

change to your dog’s coat. If unreachable, we will proceed with the option

most humane for your dog.

Skin conditions or irritation hidden beneath a matted coat are not the

responsibility of Bubbles & Bones Dog Spa.

7. GROOMING RISKS

Grooming involves inherent risks, particularly for senior dogs, anxious dogs,

dogs with pre-existing health conditions, or breeds with known sensitivities.

Bubbles & Bones Dog Spa takes every precaution to ensure your dog’s

safety and comfort. However, we cannot be held liable for stress-related

reactions, pre-existing conditions aggravated during grooming, or injuries

caused by a dog’s own behavior.

You agree to disclose any known health conditions, behavioral concerns, or

allergies prior to your appointment.

8. SERVICE RISKS & LIABILITY (all industries)

In the event of a situation requiring urgent attention during your appointment,

we will contact you immediately. Any costs incurred as a result of emergencies

or unforeseen circumstances are the responsibility of the client.

9. RECURRING SERVICE

Bubbles & Bones Dog Spa operates as a recurring service. Clients are

encouraged to rebook at the time of each appointment to maintain their

preferred schedule. There is no formal subscription contract or long-term

commitment — you may rebook or discontinue services at any time.

Pricing is subject to change. Clients will be notified in advance of any

adjustments.

10. PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING

Bubbles & Bones Dog Spa may photograph or record work completed during

your appointment for use on our website, social media, or marketing materials.

If you do not wish your appointment to be documented, please notify us in

writing prior to your appointment.

11. SMS & COMMUNICATIONS

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from

Bubbles & Bones Dog Spa. Messages may include appointment reminders,

booking confirmations, promotional offers, and service updates. Message

frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP.

We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes shall

be handled in the county in which Bubbles & Bones Dog Spa operates.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Bubbles & Bones Dog Spa reserves the right to update these Terms at any

time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our

services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
